You can place your CityVille Mailbox on your farm to send.

There is also an item for CityVille in which you can send items over to FarmVille as well. It appears you can send Energy, Permits and much more over to CityVille but more importantly you can send items such as Special Delivery Boxes and even Love Potions and Mystery Gold Eggs from CityVille!
